What Is A Unit? What Is Its Purpose?
The purpose of the Unit is to allow your company to make an impact on society and the environment (by allowing us to manage land sustainably, generating benefits such as reduced CO2, no harmful pesticides, minimum pollution. energy and more), without giving away any money/assets, while simultaneously increasing the (balance sheet) value of your company each day.
What If You Go Out of Business?
Simply said, a company goes out of business when costs are higher than income and net assets are less than zero.
We receive a fee of 2% for sustainable management activities.
If we manage $10,000,000 of land, that is $200,000, which covers the ecosystem maintenance costs. As we grow and our managed land increases, we are able to increase costs while remaining cash positive.
Is The Unit A Piece Of Land Which I Own?
A Unit measures and represents the positive environmental and social impact it generates. It does not represent a piece of land. Owners of Unit holders do not own land, use the land or have a right to land which we manage sustainably. The land is intended to be managed sustainably to generate improvements for the environment and society.
How Do You Make Money?
We earn a fee from the land we manage sustainably. The more land we improve, the more we earn and the better for the Planet and Population. Its all good.
Sustainable Activities
Our sustainable land management leads to the following outcomes:
30% additional CO2 sequestration/ atmospheric reduction, removal of harmful chemicals and plastics, increased animal habitats, 7% increase in hedgerow, 5% increase in forest areas, minimum energy and resources, removing leeching, cleaner run-off, clean groundwater, air and eventually the sea (amongst other benefits).

40ha forest area integrated with regenerative agriculture. 100% of natural forest areas preserved, biosystems regenerated, hedgerows expanded, expanded natural animal habitats.
Conversion from conventional and degraded land to organic, while regenerating the natural landscape, increasing carbon sequestration (CO2 reduction) and eliminating pesticide and herbicide use - zero harm.
